Shipping

Please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery as all of our products are handcrafted. All orders are shipped during business day via USPS Priority. If you need expedite shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will find the best express shipping option for you. You will receive an order confirmation email with your shipping tracking number. Dos Pinceles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the order, they are able to return or exchange the item within 15 days of the date of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, please allow 7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Please note that items that show damage or signs of wear cannot be returned.
